About the role As an Operation Instructor you will report to the ANAV Training School Supervisor. This position is for the Training School in Hospitalet de l'Infant (Tarragona) that provides its services to the Asco and Vandellos nuclear power plants. This is a full‑time role. Main Responsibilities During the initial training period, you will qualify as an Operation Instructor for PWR technology plants. Once qualified, you will work as an Operation Instructor. You will participate in all stages of the training process (SAT), which includes analysis, development, and evaluation. Specifically, you will be responsible for initial and training courses for personnel at the Ascó and Vandellòs II nuclear power plants. These courses will take place in different training environments, including the classroom, simulator, and plant. You will perform both training and Operation Consulting and Technical Support tasks for electric power generating plants. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in scientific‑technical specialties (Engineering, Physics...). Master’s degree is valuable. Located in Hospitalet de l'Infant or nearby. Fluent in Spanish and English. Availability to participate in other Westinghouse projects in the domestic or international area. Pedagogical capacity and motivation for training. Driver's license and availability of own vehicle. Valuable experience in Nuclear Technology, Radiological Protection, Operations or Training area, in digital environments, power plants or industrial facilities.
