From our new gigafactory in Sagunto (Valencia), we’re driving a project that’s transforming both the region and the future of clean mobility in Europe — and you can be part of it. /ph3Your role and key responsibilities /h3pThis position will be part of our Operations Department, the heart of PowerCo — where innovation becomes reality. This area brings together multiple teams working on the construction of our gigafactory and the different stages of battery cell production. From engineering and design to process optimization and production excellence, Operations is where the future of energy takes shape. In your day‑to‑day, you will: /pulliDrive strategic projects on behalf of the CEO, ensuring alignment with company priorities and effective cross‑functional execution. /liliDevelop, track, and optimize operational cost plans in collaboration with the CEO, CFO, and senior stakeholders. /liliIdentify and assess business development opportunities through market, competitor, financial, and operational analyses. /liliLead operational optimization initiatives focused on energy costs, shift systems, organizational efficiency, and overhead reduction. /liliManage high‑priority special projects, including PV park operations, preparing decision‑support materials for senior management. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3pMaster’s degree in Science, Business Management, or a related field. /pulliMinimum 6 years of experience in operational cost planning, business development, operational optimization, strategy, or special project management. /liliProven knowledge of cost structure analysis, financial and operational planning, business case development, and strategic decision‑support. /liliStrong analytical, project management, and cross‑functional coordination abilities, with the capacity to prepare reports and recommendations for senior management. /liliWillingness to work in Sagunto.
