About e Prosima e Prosima is a Spanish technology company with a global footprint.La descripción completa del puesto cubre todas las habilidades asociadas, la experiencia previa y cualquier cualificación que se espera que tengan los solicitantes.We develop high-performance middleware used worldwide in robotics, automotive, aerospace, telecommunications, and defense systems.Our software powers mission-critical applications where reliability, scalability, and performance matter.As we continue to grow, we are looking for an Operations & Finance Specialist to strengthen our Operations team and help scale the company's internal processes.The Role You will work closely with the Operations Manager and the CEO, supporting key business functions across finance, administration, human resources, quality, and business operations.This is a highly visible role with broad exposure to the inner workings of a growing international technology company.We are looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, improving processes, and helping organizations scale efficiently.Responsibilities Finance & Administration Customer invoicing and accounts receivable follow-up.Supplier management and accounts payable support.Cash-flow monitoring and reporting preparation.Support budgeting and financial planning activities.Coordinate accounting and tax matters with external advisors.Maintain accurate financial and administrative records.Human Resources Coordinate payroll, vacations, absences, and employee records.Support recruitment and onboarding activities.Manage HR-related documentation and processes.Coordinate with external payroll and HR providers.Operations & Business Support Support project administration and internal reporting.Support grant management and publicly funded R& D projects.Maintain internal procedures and company documentation.Support ISO 9001 quality management activities.Help improve operational efficiency across the company.Process Improvement & AI Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.Leverage AI tools to improve productivity and reduce manual work.Contribute to building scalable internal systems as the company grows.Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.3-7 years of professional experience in finance, administration, HR, operations, or similar business functions.Strong written and spoken English (B2 minimum, C1 preferred).Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency with Google Workspace, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Excel.Experience using AI tools such as Chat GPT, Gemini, Claude, Copilot, or similar.Proactive, autonomous, and results-oriented mindset.Nice to Have Experience in technology companies.Experience managing grants, public funding programs, or R& D projects.Experience coordinating with accounting, tax, and payroll advisors.Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality systems.Experience with CRM and reporting tools.What We Offer A key role within a growing international technology company.Direct exposure to company leadership.International work environment.Hybrid work model.Competitive compensation package.Significant professional growth opportunities.The opportunity to help shape the operational foundations of a company with global ambitions.About You You are organized, reliable, and proactive.You enjoy taking responsibility, learning new things, and making sure important tasks get done properly and on time. xcskxlj You are comfortable working in a dynamic environment where you will interact with finance, operations, HR, quality, and business management on a daily basis.If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
