Role and Responsibilities
You’ll gain hands‑on experience working on a variety of projects across different domains, such as:
Data analysis: Support projects by analyzing and interpreting data to generate insights and enhance our systems
System optimization: Collaborate on enhancing existing tools, platforms, or processes to improve efficiency and scalability
Cross‑functional collaboration: Work closely with diverse teams to solve complex challenges and deliver impactful results
Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, to ensure successful delivery
Digital Transformation Leadership: Lead large‑scale digital transformation initiatives, coordinating dedicated programs and project teams to drive impactful changes.
Skills and Background Requirements

Have a bachelor’s or master’s degree (or are currently pursuing one) in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
Are fluent in both Spanish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Possess excellent organizational and analytical abilities, with a resourceful and problem‑solving mindset.
Are an effective communicator, capable of leading multidisciplinary teams and articulating complex ideas clearly.
Have strong interpersonal skills and a passion for building and maintaining long‑term stakeholder relationships.
