Operations Project Manager We are hiring an Operations Project Manager to work directly with the Founder of a fast-growing US-based performance marketing startup. This is a long-term role for someone who can bring structure, build processes from scratch, and take full ownership of operations in a fast-paced, unstructured environment. About the Company Our client is a modern Pay-Per-Call and CPA affiliate network operating in B2C service verticals across the U.S. We work quickly, communicate openly, and prioritize performance, transparency, and high-quality traffic. What You Will Do Organize priorities, structure workflows, and turn the Founder’s ideas into actionable project plans. Develop operational processes, including CRM setup, SOPs, dashboards, reporting, and communication systems. Coordinate internal and external teams (sales, affiliates, contractors) to keep all streams aligned. Track deadlines, follow up on deliverables, and ensure accountability across the team. Identify operational gaps, address inefficiencies, and prepare the business for growth and scaling. Support the Founder with decision-making, documentation, and project execution. What We Expect 2−5 years of experience in startups, agencies, SaaS, or performance marketing environments. Proven track record of building processes from zero (CRM, SOPs, dashboards, workflows). Hands-on operations experience — not just task coordination. Strong organizational skills and the ability to bring structure to chaos. Experience supporting teams of 3−10 people. Excellent English communication. Comfortable working with a fast-moving, idea-driven Founder.
