The Organizational Change & Training Principal Consultant role will provide value to the Organizational Change & Training (OC&T) practice and Client by pursuing team and organizational goals, operating with a client-first mindset, and exemplifying the company core values in an effort to achieve meaningful results.
Experience
2years’ experience with Workday
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
Has successfully completed 2-4 end-to-end projects, serving as the OC&T Lead
Current Workday Core HCM or Core Financials certification or ability to acquire it within 28 days of offer
