Antes de hacerlo, asegúrese de leer todos los detalles pertenecientes a este trabajo en la descripción a continuación.This role requires a senior, strategic profile capable of engaging with executive stakeholders while driving the implementation of robust OT cybersecurity frameworks aligned with business priorities.The position sits at the intersection of OT, IT, and business, with a clear emphasis on OT security governance, architecture, and risk management.Key ResponsibilitiesOT Cybersecurity Strategy & GovernanceDefine and drive the OT cybersecurity strategy across manufacturing and lab environmentsLead the adoption and implementation of standards such as IEC 62443Align cybersecurity initiatives with business, regulatory, and operational requirementsConduct risk assessments (incl. BIA-based approaches) and define mitigation strategiesSecurity Architecture & Industrial EnvironmentsDesign and oversee secure architectures for manufacturing shopfloor systems (SCADA, IC..., etc.)Ensure resilience and protection of critical infrastructure, integrating both cyber and physical security aspectsSupport the secure design of plant infrastructure and industrial systemsStakeholder Management & Business AlignmentAct as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across IT, Engineering, Manufacturing, and QualityTranslate cybersecurity risks into business impact and decision-making frameworksDrive cross-functional collaboration to ensure adoption of security practicesLead OT security initiatives, ensuring delivery, scalability, and continuous improvementMonitor emerging threats and adapt security posture accordinglyPromote a strong cybersecurity culture across industrial environmentsExperience10–15+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a strong focus on OT environmentsProven experience in manufacturing or regulated industries (ideally pharma, biotech, or similar)Track record in defining and implementing OT security strategies, not only executionExperience working in complex, international environmentsTechnical ExpertiseStrong knowledge of OT/ICS/SCADA environmentsDeep understanding of xcskxlj IEC 62443 and OT security frameworksExperience in industrial infrastructure, network segmentation, and risk managementGood understanding of IT security (to bridge IT/OT), but OT is the priorityLeadership & Soft SkillsStrong communication skills with ability to influence senior stakeholdersAbility to operate at both strategic and operational levelsExperience leading initiatives and working cross-functionallyHigh level of autonomy, ownership, and business orientationNice to HaveExperience in pharmaceutical or highly regulated environments (GxP)Experience in global program leadershipExposure to digital transformation programs in manufacturing#J-18808-Ljbffr
