Service Manager for operations Order to CashWe are looking for an experienced Service Manager – Order to Cash to support global operations and ensure service stability across SAP and non-SAP environments.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily escalations of production issues on a global scaleRepresent OTC interests in projects, ensuring visibility and proper resource allocationStakeholder management for critical projects, incidents, and operational topicsOversee day-to-day operations of 4 internal global resources and 3–4 external resourcesLead regular calls with Global Process Owners and Global Process Leads for approvals and alignmentCollaborate with Service Managers across other services (ITF, RTR, etc.) to maintain operational stabilityManage priority small‑scale projects to ensure timely and accurate delivery when requiredRequirementsFluency in English (mandatory)Proven Project Management experienceExperience leading international teamsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills across all levelsStrong SAP SD experience (ECC required, S/4HANA is a plus)SAP ITF experience is a plus15+ years of total SAP experience
