Position Overview MCI is a leading tech‑enabled business services company offering customer experience and business process outsourcing solutions. We are looking for Outbound Sales Representatives who can connect with prospective customers, promote and upsell products and services, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities Make outbound and receive inbound calls in a professional and courteous manner. Educate customers on products and services, identifying upsell opportunities. Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions. Use internal systems to manage accounts and process orders accurately. Research and resolve customer issues, coordinating with other departments as needed. Follow scripts, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance. Maintain accurate records and safeguard customer information. Escalate complex issues to supervisors or appropriate teams. Stay current with training, updates, and system changes. Meet attendance, punctuality, and performance expectations. Candidate Qualifications Must be 18 years or older. High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to type 20+ words per minute. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Familiarity with Windows operating systems. Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Strong problem‑solving and conflict resolution skills. Customer‑focused, empathetic, and solution‑oriented. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Comfortable in a fast‑paced, evolving environment. Team player with strong interpersonal skills. The employee will be largely sedentary and required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will regularly operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer, and may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects; move objects from place to place; hold onto objects; and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
