The Role We're hiring an experienced Media Buyer/PPC Specialist to take full ownership of paid media strategy and execution across multiple brands. This role requires hands-on expertise in managing media budgets across Google Ads and Apple Search Ads, with a strong understanding of performance marketing, attribution, and campaign optimization at scale. You'll be responsible for developing and executing data-driven strategies, managing campaigns end-to-end, analyzing performance, and presenting actionable insights to clients and decision makers. We're looking for someone who can seamlessly balance strategic thinking with day-to-day execution and has a proven track record of delivering measurable results across both single-brand and multi-account environments. Requirements Google Ads App Campaigns / Mobile UA: Proven hands-on experience running and scaling Google Ads App Campaigns (UAC) and mobile user acquisition - this is the core, immediate focus of the role Attribution & MMP: Deep understanding of, and hands-on experience with, AppsFlyer or an equivalent MMP, including attribution logic, fraud detection, and SKAN Budget Ownership: Demonstrated experience managing monthly and annual media budgets, including performance-based deals (CPI, CPA, revenue share) - where planning and decision-making are driven by results, not a fixed spend Apple Search Ads: Familiarity with Apple Search Ads is an advantage, though not required. Broader Channel Range (an advantage): Google Ads for e-commerce (Search, Shopping, Performance Max) and/or Meta Ads Strategy vs. Execution: Able to both define media strategy and execute campaigns hands-on. Client Exposure: Experience presenting strategy and performance directly to clients and decision makers Single vs. Multi-brand: Experience managing both enterprise accounts and multiple accounts simultaneously Success Story: Be prepared to present one case study - objective, budget, strategy, execution, and measurable results Languages: -Spanish - Fluent to native – Required (experience writing Spanish ad copy is an advantage). -English - Professional working proficiency – Required -Portuguese - Fluent to native – An advantage Location: On-site role, based at our office in Barcelona Who you are 2+ years managing Google Ads for app-based or mobile clients, ideally including App Campaigns Thinks in terms of strategy, not just execution: builds a media plan around business objectives, not just channel best practices Understands not only what happened in a campaign, but why - and can translate that into a clear recommendation Sees the bigger picture: recognizes how campaign performance connects to broader factors - product, seasonality, platform changes, client-side constraints - and uses that context to inform decisions and feedback Proactive and self-directed: identifies opportunities and risks before being asked to look for them Comfortable managing multiple accounts independently Fluent in app UA metrics (CPI, ROAS, retention) and/or e-commerce metrics (CAC, ROAS, MER) Strong communicator, able to simplify complex performance data for non-technical decision-makers and colleagues An advantage: experience with Meta Ads and/or Google Shopping/Performance Max for e-commerce or DTC brands Why work with us?
