The RoleIf you love both software engineering and paid media, this role is for you. You will use our Bakers platform to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of client ad accounts – from setting up campaigns, creating creatives, designing landing pages, to generating reports. At the same time, you will learn the platform’s internals, identify friction points, and collaborate with the development team to propose and implement improvements that drive better performance.QualificationsTechnical background – experience as a software developer or product maker.Hands‑on experience managing high‑budget ad accounts.Examples of candidates:A technical founder who launched a startup and ran its own ads.A media buyer who transitioned into engineering.A Growth Engineer who has run paid campaigns.Fluency in both Spanish and English.Understanding of AI harnesses and knowledge of why server‑side ad conversion is essential.ConditionsSalary range: €40,000 – €60,000. Clear career path with potential growth beyond the entry level.Vacation: 23 working days, plus December 24th and 31st.
