Part-time Student Research Assistant (several posts) – Division of Epidemiology and Biostatistics, School of Public Health, University of Hong Kong

Location: Hong Kong
Employment Duration: 3 months, with possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance.
Responsibilities

Contribute to community-based studies of the epidemiology and transmission of respiratory virus infections in residential care homes and schools.
Assist with participant recruitment, specimen and data collection, and data entry.
Perform other duties as assigned and may be required to work irregular hours occasionally.

Qualifications

Current undergraduate or taught postgraduate student in public health, medical/health sciences, or related disciplines.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Putonghua.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, organized, detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Experience in community-based research projects, outreach activities, and interest in infectious disease epidemiology is an advantage.

Compensation
A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered.
