Experteer Overview
In this role you lead and close high-value partnerships across RoW while building and mentoring a cross-market Partnership Account Executive team. You will operate hands-on with your own quota and drive the end-to-end sales cycle, from first contact to signed contracts. You define go-to-market partnerships and scale the ecosystem through resellers and partners in multiple regions. This is a player-coach position that blends frontline closing with team enablement in a fast-growing, global context.

• Close high-value partnership deals across RoW markets (UK, Middle East, Africa, Poland, South-Eastern Europe and other regions) with personal quota ownership
• Lead, mentor, and grow a cross-market team of Partnership Account Executives (PAEs) within a decentralized, matrix structure
• Act as senior closer on complex/strategic deals, guiding from the frontline
• Define and execute ROW partnerships go-to-market strategy aligned with company goals
• Identify, recruit, and develop partner ecosystem including resellers, distributors, and technology partners
• Build and scale commercial infrastructure: onboarding plans, marketing development, enablement frameworks
• Oversee partner interactions (calls, demos, business reviews) to drive performance and satisfaction
• Drive upsell opportunities within the partner network
• Collaborate cross-functionally with SDRs, Product, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Leadership
• Play a key role in scaling Factorial's partnerships globally
Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales with a strong personal closing track record
• Proven leadership experience and ability to develop a sales team
• Direct experience in strategic RoW markets (UKu0026I, Middle East, Poland, Africa, SE and CE Europe) in a B2B SaaS context
• Experience managing pipelines, forecasting, and hitting personal and team targets
• Proven ability in indirect sales strategies through partners (resellers, affiliates, agencies, technology partners) including onboarding and enablement
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, fluent English; additional RoW languages highly valued
