About the CompanyOMODA Motors is a new brand built by Chery Group, which is a leading Chinese automobile company. OMODA operates individually from other brands of Chery Group. Its business scope covers the R&D, production and sales of passenger cars.Main ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day operations of the parts department, ensuring efficient workflows and on-time parts availabilityDevelop and execute parts supply and inventory strategies to meet business and service needsMonitor stock levels, turnover, obsolescence, and backorders to optimize inventory performanceManage supplier relationships, including OEMs and third-party vendorsNegotiate pricing, terms, and logistics conditions when applicableEnsure accurate parts forecasting based on sales, service demand, and historical dataCollaborate closely with Aftersales and Service teams to support workshop efficiency and customer satisfactionImplement and monitor KPIs (availability, fill rate, stock rotation, margins, obsolete stock)Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and brand requirementsLead, coach, and develop the parts team (if applicable)Drive continuous improvement in systems, processes, and cost controlRegular visits to Warehouse and Dealer networkAct as a liaison between the market and HQ to drive continuous improvement initiatives and reportingRequirementsProven experience as a Parts Manager or similar role within the automotive sectorStrong knowledge of automotive parts, logistics, and supply chain processesExperience working with OEM standards and dealer networks (preferred)Solid understanding of inventory management and forecastingStrong analytical and organizational skillsProficient in ERP/DMS systems and ExcelStrong communication and leadership skillsWe inform you that OMODA MOTORS SPAIN S.L., a company with its registered office in Modulo 1 de la planta baja, Avda.
