As we are growing our Nordic organization in Spain, we are looking for candidates who thrive in an environment where changes are part of the game.Become a key member of our innovative and expanding International Payroll Service team in Málaga, focusing on supporting entrepreneurs and international businesses establishing their presence in Nordic countries. You'll turn challenges into opportunities while growing your expertise in Nordic payroll in a dynamic, evolving environment.Which tasks can you expect?- Prepare, check, and follow up on payroll for entrepreneurs and international businesses entering Nordic markets, finding creative solutions to complex situations.- Execute and monitor administrative obligations specific to Nordic countries.- Provide proactive advice on administrative and payroll matters related to Nordic markets, anticipating client needs and guiding them through regulatory requirements.- Build strong relationships with entrepreneurs and business leaders, understanding their daily challenges.- Identify opportunities for process improvement and service expansion in Nordic markets.- Contribute innovative ideas to the growth of our Nordic market services.What do you have to offer?- Experience in international payroll (Nordic payroll, is a plus, but not a must) 3+ years- Excellent knowledge of English and at least Finnish (more Nordic languages is an advantage) is a must- A problem-solver with a growth mindset who sees opportunities where others might see obstacles.- Adaptable and excited by change, ready to evolve with our growing Nordic organization in Spain.- Hold at least a bachelor's degree or have several years of relevant experience.- Strong interest in payroll and Nordic socio-legal matters, eager to work in a dynamic international B2B environment.- Excellent communication skills, resilient under pressure, customer-oriented, and always eager to learn.- Commercial acumen with an understanding of entrepreneurial and international business challenges.- Proficient with software applications and quick to adapt to new technologies.- Meticulous with strong practical-organizational competencies.- Empathetic to the challenges faced by entrepreneurs and growing international businesses.- Contribute to our team spirit with a healthy dose of humor and positive energy.What do we have to offer?-
