Job Description – Pega Developer / Pega Senior Developer (4+ years experience) We are looking to incorporate professionals with more than 4 years of real experience in Pega projects who can join multidisciplinary teams and participate in the design, development, and maintenance of applications based on the Pega platform. Main Responsibilities Design and development of Pega applications following best practices and quality standards. End-to-end modeling of Case Management processes, including lifecycle, stages, steps, automations, rules, and orchestration. Implementation and maintenance of integrations with internal and external systems, including: APIs REST and SOAP services Kafka Queues and other messaging mechanisms Advanced management of Data Flows, Data Transforms, Data Pages, and integration components. Design and versioning of rulesets and applications, ensuring traceability and governance. Development using Cosmos and/or Constellation UI, applying Pega UX design standards. Configuration of roles, Access Groups, and proper use of security controls such as: ABAC (Attribute-Based Access Control) RBAC (Role/Rule-Based Access Control) Creation of reports, report definitions, dashboards, and monitoring views. Participation in deployments and use of Pega Deployment Manager, including pipelines. Performance and quality monitoring through PDC (Pega Predictive Diagnostic Cloud). Incident management and creation of tickets in Pega Support. Work within environments with parallel developments, multi-layer architectures, and multiple vendors. Collaboration with functional teams, architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders. Participation in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and continuous delivery processes. Nice to Have / Valued Skills Experience or knowledge in Decisioning, including: Strategies Scorecards Next Best Action (NBA) Knowledge of predictive models or Customer Decision Hub (CDH) Experience with complex integrations or distributed architectures. Requirements Minimum of 4 years of experience in Pega development within real projects. Intermediate to advanced English level (international environment and clients). Ability to work in a team, attention to detail, and results-oriented mindset. Knowledge and practical experience with Agile methodologies. Pega certifications (CSA, CSSA, CPDC, etc.). Working Model The working model is hybrid, with at least one day per week on-site at our office (Av. Europa 22, Alcobendas, Madrid). The rest of the time will generally be remote.
