Experteer Overview
In this hybrid People Business Partner role, you will shape the talent strategy for multiple teams within the People Team. You’ll partner with HR experts to implement workforce planning, organizational design, and development initiatives in a fast-paced, diverse environment. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to leaders, translating People strategies into actionable programs. This is a chance to drive people impact at scale in a global travel tech company with a flexible, collaborative culture.

• Partner with People Team Expertise Areas to co-create and implement HR initiatives (workforce planning, organizational design, talent development, performance management, compensation cycles, engagement programs)
• Serve as trusted advisor to leaders, guiding understanding and implementation of People Team strategies through critical thinking and actionable actions
Responsabilidades
• Experience as HR Business Partner in mid-sized organizations (500–1,000 employees)
• 2+ years in HR Business Partner role with collaboration with HR Centers of Expertise
• Proven ability to lead through change and navigate ambiguity
• Conflict resolution and change management skills
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Hands-on HR program delivery across the full employee lifecycle
• Strong analytical mindset to interpret people data and drive actions
• Familiarity with AI tools and HR tech for talent acquisition, engagement analysis, or performance management
