In this role, you will shape and scale Preply’s People Operations globally, leading a team to deliver end-to-end HR processes with excellence. You’ll design scalable workflows, automate routine tasks, and implement AI-native solutions to improve the employee experience. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure compliant, efficient operations across regions, while advancing a mobility program and global talent strategy. This is a chance to influence how a fast-growing, global platform supports millions of learners and tutors.Compensaciones / Beneficios• Shape the future operating model for People Operations as we scale globally• Lead end-to-end employee lifecycle processes worldwide (onboarding, offboarding, contract changes)• Design and scale People Ops processes and policies for a fast-growing, distributed organization• Maintain up-to-date employee records and documentation• Serve as first point of contact for HR operations queries across regions• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, IT, and People teams to ensure correct documentation and processes• Lead and mentor the People Ops team while staying hands-on in daily execution• Coach and develop team members, setting clear expectations and driving high performance• Balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational delivery• Drive a high-quality employee experience through efficient, scalable operations• Design and own automation across People Ops workflows, eliminating high-frequency manual tasks• Build and iterate on AI-native workflows using LLMs and agentic tools to handle routine queries and triage• Track and report key People Operations metrics to identify gaps and drive improvements• Build strong partnerships with senior leaders and cross-functional teams• Translate complex policies into clear, actionable guidance• Work across international, distributed teams in a fast-paced environment• Manage UK visa and sponsorship processes including Skilled Worker visas• Coordinate global mobility programs with legal and immigration vendors• Advise on relocation processes and immigration requirements• Partner with the team to optimize mobility processes globallyResponsabilidades• Extensive experience optimizing People Operations including lifecycle management and xcskxlj policies• Proven ability to design and scale People Ops processes in global or fast-growing environments• Experience leading and mentoring a team while staying hands-on• Strong coaching skills with a track record of developing People Ops staff• Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational delivery• Experience managing visa and sponsorship processes (e.g. Skilled Worker visas)• Familiarity with global mobility programs and coordination with legal/immigration partners• Data-driven mindset with ability to track and improve key People metricsRequisitos principales• Lessons allowance for Preply lessons• Learning u0026 Development budget• Equity• Health insurance• Flexible leave policy• Mental health support platforms
