We’re partnering with a leading international bioanalytical and drug development organization to recruit a Pharmacokinetic Scientist to join their growing PK/DMPK team. This is a hands‑on scientific role with strong project ownership and client‑facing exposure, working across preclinical and clinical programs.
The role
As a Pharmacokinetic Scientist, you will act as a scientific lead on assigned studies, coordinating PK activities across multidisciplinary teams and supporting drug development from early discovery through clinical stages.
Key responsibilities include:
Acting as Principal Investigator / Study Director for assigned projects
Coordinating pharmacokinetic activities across internal groups
Designing, conducting, interpreting and summarizing PK and PD analyses
Performing non‑compartmental and compartmental analyses using Phoenix WinNonlin
Writing study protocols and reports (objectives, methods, analysis and results) for bioanalysis across multiple species and biological matrices (plasma, serum, whole blood, urine, faeces, tissue homogenates, etc.)
Analysing and interpreting preclinical and clinical PK studies (DMPK, ADME, BE/BA, Tox, SAD, MAD)
Providing expert ADME/DMPK guidance to non‑clinical and clinical programs
Ensuring compliance with GLP, GCP, SOPs and sponsor protocols
Supporting business development and client onboarding, and contributing to marketing activities
Presenting PK results to sponsors and participating in scientific meetingsStaying up to date with regulatory guidance, PK trends and best practices to continuously improve internal processes
What we’re looking for
MSc or PhD in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Biomedicine or a related life science
Experience with toxicology studies, bioavailability & bioequivalence, biomarker testing and immunogenicity (ADA/NAb)
Strong expertise in Phoenix WinNonlin
Solid knowledge of ADME/DMPK regulatory requirements and guidelines
A collaborative mindset with scientific leadership capability
Ability to work in a matrix environment, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Proficiency with MS Office
Fluent English (written and spoken) for documentation and client communication
