Experteer Overview
In this role you own end-to-end strategy to detect, prioritize, and fix assortment data quality issues across a catalog of 10M+ products using AI-powered tooling. You will anchor the Assortment and Content Quality team, working at the junction of data, operations, product, and automation. Expect to design prioritization logic, build scalable automation, and drive cross-functional improvements to ensure accurate, complete product information at speed and scale. You’ll lead reporting, define SLAs, and push for permanent, self-healing PIM improvements that impact GMV and visibility.

• Define prioritization logic across 10M products balancing error severity, business impact and market coverage
• Design an error classification framework (title, image, catalogue override) with clear resolution paths
• Create a recurring quality dashboard to track PIM health over time
• Build end-to-end resolution workflows for AI/automation, human agents, or escalation to Product/Data Hub
• Identify automation opportunities for repetitive quality tasks to reduce manual effort
• Define SLAs, quality standards, and productivity metrics for the team
• Partner with Data Engineering to refine AI-driven error detection and reduce false positives
• Influence Product and Data Hub to address root causes and drive roadmap prioritization
• Coordinate with Local Market Teams on language accuracy and regional standards
• Own quality reporting cadence for leadership and translate error volumes into business impact
• Track resolution velocity, fix accuracy, and recurrence rates over time
• Identify systemic patterns and escalate for permanent resolution to achieve a self-healing PIM environment
Responsabilidades
• 3-5 years in operations, program/project management, or quality programs in tech/e-commerce
• Strong analytical skills to interpret large-scale data, build prioritization logic, and extract business insights
• Proven track record designing operational processes and documentation for non-expert teams
• Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority
• Structured problem-solver capable of decomposing large problems into clear workstreams
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Background in Business, Operations, Information Systems, or related fields valued
