We are currently looking for a Piping Lead for our offices located in Spain.Requirements- Planning, organization, and prioritization of assigned work capacity in terms of manpower, technical quality, and overall cost in O&G projects.- Proactive ability to lead team development under pressure, with limited resources and tight deadlines.- High English proficiency (B2 or higher).Technical Responsibilities- Assign responsibilities, duties, and objectives to assigned personnel, ensuring the appropriate technical level is achieved.- Receive and provide information to discipline teams and other disciplines, ensuring systematic, continuous, and timely flow of interdisciplinary information.- Channel and follow up on questions and concerns that may arise from different departments, partners, and clients related to the area under responsibility.- Ensure that all documents and drawings generated within the project corresponding to the discipline area are consistent and comply with the established quality, schedule, and budget requirements.- Provide weekly progress updates to the Project Discipline Lead regarding activities within the specialty, identifying any activities that may impact project development.Location- 100% on-site in Spain.What we offer- You will be part of a global community of professionals passionate about engineering, innovation, and large-scale change.
