Experteer OverviewIn this Plant Manager role, you will lead a new-foundry operation in Zaragoza to deliver safe, efficient, and profitable production of diamond wafers. You will drive capacity planning, modernization, and KPI-based performance, while building a high-performing, cross-functional team. You'll shape the plant's safety culture and lean transformation, enabling scalable production for cutting-edge tech applications. Compensaciones / Beneficios Oversee daily Production, Maintenance, Quality, Logistics, and Engineering to meet volume, cost, and quality targets Present monthly KPIs to senior management and define long-term capacity and modernization strategy Maintain a 'Zero Accident' safety culture in compliance with Spanish regulations Implement and sustain Lean Manufacturing to minimize waste and optimize OEE Lead, develop, and motivate the workforce across shop floor to middle management Manage the annual operations budget to maximize profitability and reduce costs Responsabilidades Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or related technical field 7+ years of experience in industrial machinery, semiconductor equipment, or high-tech equipment assembly environments 3+ years of people-management experience in production, assembly, or technical operations Fluent in English Expertise in lean manufacturing and cross-functional business processes (finance, HR, procurement, operations) Excellent communication, collaboration, interpersonal, and leadership skills Experience in working with a multinational team (desirable) Requisitos principales health insurance flexible spending accounts retirement savings plans life and disability insurance paid and unpaid time off employee discounts to VRAI
