As a Platform Lead you will have the opportunity to:
Safeguard the endpoint platform stability, security, and performance to ensure seamless operations.
Contribute to both global and local endpoint platform projects by evaluating new requirements and technical solutions.
Oversee daily operations, manage incidents, and deliver Business as Usual (BAU) tasks within the Workplace area.
Participate in follow-up meetings, elevate issues locally, and resolve challenges effectively.
Lead and mentor a team of Level 2 workplace technicians, acting as their technical expert and point of reference.
Plan, coordinate, and clearly communicate software deployments with providers and internal teams.
Provide regular progress updates to management and leadership team.
Supervise service providers to ensure quality and compliance.
What Makes You a Great Fit?
Extensive knowledge and hands‑on experience with Windows 11 as an operating system in a corporate business environment.
Proven expertise in Microsoft Intune, Global Active Directory, and/or Microsoft SCCM for device management.
Experience managing Group Policies (GPOs), Windows software packaging, and user administration within Intune and Active Directory.
Advanced English proficiency (B2‑C1), both written and verbal, enabling effective collaboration across international teams.
Strong communication skills when working with internal customers and external providers.
Proactive and solution‑oriented approach, with strong analytical, prioritization, decision‑making, and problem‑solving abilities.
Responsible and results‑oriented.
Proficient in productivity tools, including the full Microsoft Office 365 suite.
