In this role, you will be responsible for resolving platform and tooling issues, ensuring smooth operation of CI/CD pipelines and developer platforms.Key Responsibilities:Troubleshoot and resolve platform and tooling issuesDebug pipeline failures and investigate integration problemsSupport repositories, build tools, and artifact lifecycle managementCollaborate with development and DevOps teams to ensure platform stabilityApply structured support processes in SDLC environmentsRequired Skills & Qualifications:Experience troubleshooting CI/CD failures and developer tooling issuesKnowledge of build tools, repository management, and artifact lifecycleAbility to investigate pipeline, runner, and integration failuresStructured and methodical approach to platform support in SDLC environmentsPreferred Qualifications:Experience supporting complex development environmentsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesIf you enjoy resolving technical challenges and ensuring reliable development platforms, we would love to hear from you.
