The program will modernize our foundational transactional processes and harmonize them into one "clean" ERP platform for growth and efficiency gains. This will simplify the Pharmaceutical ERP landscape from 7 to 1, standardize processes, and support the Pharmaceutical business with agility while remediating end-of-life system exposure. /ppUnder the Global PMO office, you will work closely with Finance, PMO, and business teams to turn financial data into clear insights that support decisions. In this role, you will help others understand performance, stay aligned on priorities, and act early on risks and opportunities. You will play an important part in driving clarity and improving how we plan, track, and report financial results in a fast‑paced transformation environment. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliPartner with PMO, Finance, and business to align on financial goals and performance. /liliTrack Budget vs. Actuals (BvA) and explain key variances in a simple, actionable way. /liliSpot risks and opportunities early and share clear recommendations with leadership. /liliSupport forecasting, reporting, and analysis to guide business decisions. /liliCommunicate financial information in a clear and consistent way across teams. /liliHelp improve RO financial processes, reporting, and governance. /liliUse tools and data to simplify reporting and increase efficiency. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliMinimum of a Bachelor's degree; a degree in Business Administration or Finance is preferred. /liliAt least 4 years of professional experience in financial planning, forecasting, or variance analysis. /liliExperience with tools such as Copilot and Power BI. /liliStrong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into significant insights. /liliAttention to detail and a high level of accuracy. /liliInterest in using data and technology to improve reporting and efficiency. /li /ulh3Preferred Experience /h3ulliExperience in project or transformation environments. /liliAbility to handle several priorities in a dynamic setting. /liliFocus on improving processes and ways of working. /li /ulh3Company Culture /h3pWe work together in an open and collaborative way, take initiative to tackle challenges, take ownership of our work, and support each other to succeed. We provide service anniversary and recognition awards, and eligible dependents can participate in several insurance plans. Pay ranges are location dependent; for Ireland, the base pay range is 63,300.00 EUR – 101,315.00 EUR.
