ph3PMO Lead / Programme Support Lead, AI Transformation /h3 pHybrid working /p pContract / Freelance Opportunity /p pWe’re supporting a major organisation undergoing a large-scale digital and operational transformation programme and are looking for an experienced PMO / Programme Support professional to join a high-profile delivery team. /p pThis is an opportunity to work across complex AI transformation initiatives, supporting governance, delivery management, stakeholder engagement, and programme controls within a fast-paced environment. /p h3Key responsibilities include: /h3 ul liSupporting programme governance and leadership reporting /li liManaging RAID logs, actions, dependencies, and programme documentation /li liCoordinating project plans, roadmaps, and status reporting /liliEnsuring programme standards, controls, and delivery processes are followed /li liSupporting change control and audit readiness activities /li liWorking closely with project managers, workstream leads, and senior stakeholders /li liProviding operational programme support including onboarding, logistics, and procurement coordination /li liMaintaining accurate programme data across tools such as JIRA and Confluence /li /ul h3We’re looking for someone with: /h3 ul liStrong PMO / programme support experience within IT and Technology transformation environments /li liExcellent organisational and stakeholder management skills /li liExperience supporting multiple concurrent workstreams /li liKnowledge of project governance, reporting, and delivery frameworks /li liConfidence working with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and collaboration platforms /li liExperience within digital, data, AI, and cloud transformation programmes of particular interest /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
