You are structured and detail‑oriented, able to work independently while collaborating effectively across diverse teams.ResponsibilitiesSupporting Portfolio, Resource and Financial Management to contribute to the success of the company strategy.Acting as a trusted PMO partner to Tech stakeholders, providing visibility, insights, and analysis to support informed decision‑making.Enabling effective execution of portfolio initiatives by ensuring adherence to our quality standards and governance requirements.Supporting ongoing project and portfolio activities, including budget and resource planning, as well as fiscal year opening and closing activities.Ensuring the Project Management Methodology & Practices are correctly and consistently applied.Giving visibility to the financial information by keeping it up to date in the PMO tools.Performing quality reviews, providing guidance to project teams, and contributing to portfolio reporting.Creating, maintaining, and evolving project and product templates & guidance materials.Supporting PMO communications, training, and adoption of processes, tools, and ways of working.Proactively identifying and driving continuous improvements across PMO processes, tools, and governance.PM as a Service: Contributing to Tech’s PM as a Service model by supporting the coordination and quality oversight of initiatives delivered by external Project Managers.Coordinating and overseeing a pool of external Project Managers, ensuring alignment to PMO governance, delivery standards, and reporting expectations.Acting as the primary PMO point of contact for external PMs, supporting onboarding, ways of working alignment, and consistent application of methodologies and tools.Monitoring delivery quality across externally managed projects, escalating risks and issues as needed.PMO Support / Project Services: Providing PMO and Project Services support across Tech Programs, Projects, and Products.Maintaining and updating project/program plans, ensuring deliverables are tracked against time, cost, quality, scope, and other agreed criteria.Supporting the scope definition and requirements capture of the project/program.Coordinating project resources onboarding (internal teams or vendors), briefing new resources on project management practices, governance, and available tools.Tooling: Operational Management of PMO tools and vendor interaction to support portfolio and project management.Administering Project Online, OnePlan, SharePoint, and Teams.Ensuring data quality, health checks, and stakeholder follow‑ups.Supporting tool enhancements and vendor interactions.Skills & ExperienceHands‑on experience with project governance, methodologies, standards, tools, and templates.Experience in a project management or PMO role, ideally supporting technology programs and projects.Required knowledge and practical experience across both Waterfall and Agile delivery models.Project Management qualifications or certifications preferred.Strong familiarity with project management and portfolio management tools such as Project Online and OnePlan.Strong knowledge of MS Office and SharePoint;
