Postdoctoral Researcher (Ref. 2026-06-P04632)Temporary callThe CRM (www.Crm.Cat) is an independent research centre in the CERCA network since 2008, with the purpose of promoting both advanced training and research in all areas of mathematics. CRM’s mission includes transferring knowledge based on the centre's research to society and aiming at having societal impact.Research at CRM covers a wide spectrum of fields, from the most fundamental areas (algebra/number theory/geometry/topology, analysis and PDEs, combinatorics and dynamical systems) to applied mathematics. The Vidaurre group at the CRM is looking for a Postdoc to join the project “A new integrative statistical framework to connect symptoms to mechanisms in brain disease: an application to Alzheimer’s.” This contract is envisaged to start in 01/07/2026.Applications will be accepted until 02/06/2026.TASKS- Design of experiments to be run by our collaborators in London- Analysis of data- Supervision of studentsREQUIREMENTS- A PhD in neuroscience or related fields- Proficiency in statistical analysis and coding- Capacity to work independently and inside a teamASSESSABLE CONDITIONS- Experience in supervision- Experience with running electroencephalography experiments in humansCONTRACT DETAILS- Full-time (37.5 h/week).- Qualification: the candidate must have a PhD required for the job.- Estimated start date: 1st July 2026- Duration of contract: 1 year- Location: CRM facilities.- Flexible working hours and teleworking option.- Training and development opportunities.- Salary set by collective agreement depending on qualifications and experience.EVALUATION PROCESS AND CRITERIAA short list of the minimum requirements will be assessed.
