EduTalent Group are seeking an enthusiastic Prep Teacher to join a leading British International School in Madrid for a September 2026 start. The school delivers the British National Curriculum and has a strong reputation for academic excellence and outstanding pastoral care.
This role will involve teaching children from Pre-Nursery to Year 3, creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment where young learners can thrive. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from a British university
PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification
Recent teaching experience in a UK school
Knowledge of the British National Curriculum
Experience teaching Phonics, Early Reading, and early Mathematics with a mastery approach
Strong classroom management skills with high expectations of effort and behaviour
Excellent teamwork skills and willingness to collaborate on planning and resourcing
Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual student needs
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confident use of technology to enhance teaching and learning
Desirable but not essential:
Previous experience in an international school
