You help them make informed decisions by combining your technical expertise with clear communication, strong consulting skills, and a deep understanding of their processes. /p pYou are the trusted technical advisor for our Sales teams and for (prospective) customers. You identify their needs and challenges, design solution scenarios based on our standard products, and, where needed, define the scope for tailored extensions in close collaboration with Product, Development, and Professional Services. Your goal is to build confidence, remove technical barriers, and help win deals by showing how Spacewell makes buildings and operations smarter and more efficient. /p h3What you’ll do: /h3 ul liAnalyse and understand the technical and functional needs, use cases, and business processes of prospects and customers. /li liAdvise customers on the technical aspects of the Spacewell portfolio and translate requirements into a coherent solution design within the available budget. /li liBuild and deliver compelling product demos and presentations that clearly show the functionality and benefits of the proposed solution. /li liCreate supporting technical documentation (solution descriptions, architectures, scopes, effort indications) to underpin proposals from the Sales team. /li liAnswer in depth technical questions and provide clear, honest guidance to help customers make informed decisions. /li liCollaborate closely with Sales on proposals, value cases, and deal strategy, and support them throughout the full presales cycle up to contract signature. /li liCoordinate non‑standard requirements with Product, Development, Professional Services, and where relevant Security/CISO, and translate this into a realistic, deliverable scope. /li liEnsure a smooth handover of the sold solution to Professional Services, including clear documentation and participation in internal handover meetings. /li liMaintain regular contact with key stakeholders at the customer to refine understanding of their challenges and adjust the proposed solution where needed. /li liContribute to revenue growth and win rates by positioning the right technical solutions and by delivering high quality demos and interactions that increase customer satisfaction. /li /ul h3What we’re looking for: /h3 ul liFluency in Spanish and French is required /li liExperience in a presales, solution consulting, or similar customer‑facing technical role in IT or SaaS. /li liStrong technical expertise and the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, business‑oriented way to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. /li liProven problem‑solving skills: you can analyse customer challenges and design creative, feasible solutions that align with product capabilities. /li liExperience with solution‑based selling and supporting Sales in building proposals, running demos, and closing deals. /li liAffinity with building operations, facility management, energy management, or related domains is a plus. /li liCustomer‑centric mindset with strong ownership, accountability, and a hands‑on attitude. /li liExcellent communication skills, both written and spoken. /li liWillingness to travel to customer sites and events in France and Spain. /li /ul h3Preferred Skills: /h3 ul liExperience in Workplace, Facility Management, Real Estate or Data Analytics domains is desirable /li /ul h3Our Spacewell benefits: /h3 ul liHybrid work model, office in central Barcelona and flexible working hours (incl. early‑quit Friday). /li liAn international team (10+ nationalities) and a positive, informal culture. /li li23 holidays + up to 5 seniority days + birthday off. /li liFlexible compensation, learning budget, private health insurance and gym discounts, plus regular team events /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
