The successful candidate will assume full
P&L responsibility
for the Spanish subsidiary and lead both the strategic direction and operational execution of the business. The objective is to ensure sustainable growth, profitability, and strong alignment with the company’s global strategy.

Your Responsibilities
Define and execute the business strategy for Spain in close coordination with the German headquarters
Hold full responsibility for the subsidiary’s financial performance, ensuring revenue growth, profitability, and operational excellence
Lead and develop the local management team, fostering a high-performance and results-oriented culture
Take ownership of commercial strategy and sales performance, driving market expansion and customer acquisition
Identify and develop new business opportunities, markets, and strategic partnerships
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
Ensure full compliance with local regulations and internal corporate standardsOversee all core functions including sales, purchasing, logistics, administration, and finance
Collaborate closely with headquarters and other group entities to ensure alignment, transparency, and synergies
Your Profile
University degree in a technical or commercial field (or equivalent qualification)
Proven leadership experience as Managing Director or in a senior executive role with full business responsibility
Strong track record in sales leadership, market expansion, and business development
Solid experience managing and navigating complex commercial channel structures within the Spanish market (e.g., distributors, multi-tier channels, key accounts, prescription and direct sales)
Experience within international corporate structures, ideally with German or European organizations
Solid financial expertise, including P&L management
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
Fluent in Spanish and English; German language skills are a strong advantage
Willingness to travel regularly
