This role combines all aspects connected to the vision, daily operation and systems, direction, team wellbeing, learner support, learning programs and parent communications with the goal of developing a vibrant and sustainable learning community on site. You will play a key role in shaping a positive learning culture in this consolidated and beautiful primary years facility right on the beach.Start date: full time from 18th August 2026Hours: 8:30am – 4:30pm Monday to Friday in person in Pg. Marítim, 139, 08860 Castelldefels, BarcelonaYour responsibilities- Collaborate regularly with Hub's CEO and other Learnlife Hub Leads to ensure alignment across Hubs.- Coach Learning Team in areas such as:- Goal setting- Learning experience design- Instructional practice- Organizing, leading and facilitating weekly team meetings, as well as professional development during planning days throughout the year.- Design and deliver learning experiences / building blocks.- Oversee all Hub communication such as newsletters, program updates, and email correspondence with parents, Learnlife leadership and Castelldefels community partners.- Be a public facing representative for the Eco Hub:- Externally: Open Houses & Virtual Information Sessions, Hub Tours, community relations- Internally: Learning Services Team (including space usage)- Track and communicate resourcing needs of the following to the Hubs CEO:- Daily operations- Space needs- Financial needs- Learning needs- Work in conjunction with the Learnlife CEO and Learnlife in Schools team to ‘codify’ all Eco Hub building blocks.- Internally for team member use over time- Externally for use by the Learning Services Team- Collaborate with Learnlife CEO, Director of Marketing and Director of Enrollment to facilitate annual re-enrollment and new enrollment process.- Actively engage with Eco Hub’s Parent Hub and professionalized parent volunteers to ensure collaborative communication, event organization and fundraising.- Oversee learner discipline, behavior, engagement and safe-guarding. Work in collaboration with Learner Support Lead.- Assist with all accreditation and school site license applications, visits and requirements.- Operations:- Schedule management- Yearly calendar management- Oversee day-to-day decisions about space - space usage, coordinating visitors, space updates- Purchasing overview and budget controlYour experience- Minimum of five years experience as an educator ideally in the primary years- Experience in school or organizational leadership- Fluency in English and Spanish, Catalan is a plus- Experience in innovative learning environments- Experience coaching individuals and teams- Optimistic mindset combined with a love of order and administration- A love of children and their capacity to change the world- Ability to work collaboratively and can co-create together with the team- Ability to assess all situations with sensitivity to the people and their needs- Experience working with educational technologyAt Learnlife, our culture of creativity and innovation thrives on a diverse mix of minds, backgrounds, and experiences.
