Overview
In this role you will architect, evolve and scale cloud-native and AI-driven platforms on Azure, ensuring security, resilience and production-readiness. You will own architectural decisions, collaborate with product and AI teams, and drive continuous improvement across cloud infrastructure. The position offers global impact, agile culture, and opportunities to lead mentoring and shape reusable assets. This is a hands-on leadership role at the nexus of cloud, AI, and customer-focused delivery.

ResponsabilidadesDesign and lead cloud architectures on Azure (networking, security, governance, IaaS, PaaS, serverless)Ensure technical quality of proposals, RFP responses and solution definitionsOwn the shared knowledge strategy and publish best practices and documentationLead the mentoring framework within the Chapter and coach engineersIdentify strong technical talent aligned with the disciplineIdentify trends and validate new services, accelerators and reusable assetsOwn infrastructure of AI-powered platforms (RAG, document ingestion, vector search, LLM integrations)Build and evolve CI/CD pipelines for apps and infrastructure (DevSecOps)Develop IaC (Terraform) focusing on reusability, scalability, maintainabilityDesign production-grade environments with high availability, observability, cost optimizationCollaborate with AI, data and software teams to productionize ML/LLM solutions (MLOps)Propose improvements and contribute to architectural decisions and roadmapsWork in Agile, autonomous, multidisciplinary teams with end-to-end ownership
