Collaborating closely with our newsrooms and strategic partners, we spearhead the development of groundbreaking products and technologies.About the Role:As Senior Principal Product Manager for Personalization, you will lead the strategy for a capability vital across the entire Dow Jones portfolio, including key B2C products (like The Wall Street Journal) and B2B products (like Factiva). Your vision will empower users to discover relevant content and get tailored product experiences which will allow them to get the most value from our products. This highly strategic role involves tackling the complex challenges of content personalization at scale, leveraging advanced technologies like recommendation engines and Generative AI to innovate and deliver exceptional user experiences. You will operate with autonomy to shape the future of personalization across our entire B2C and B2B portfolio, driving significant business value. This role reports to the VP of PM for Platforms.You Will:Develop, own, and champion the overarching product strategy and vision for Personalization across all Dow Jones platforms (B2C and B2B).Establish and manage operational plans and roadmaps for the personalization platform, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and effective execution.Lead and inspire cross-functional teams (engineering, data science, design, etc.) to deliver high-quality personalization features and platform enhancements.Drive alignment and build consensus among diverse senior stakeholders across technology, commercial, product, and content teams.Define, monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for personalization, using data to inform strategy and demonstrate product value.Continuously evaluate the competitive landscape, user feedback, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in Personalization.You Have:12+ years of experience in product management, with a significant track record in a leadership capacity focused on large-scale B2C and/or B2B products, especially in areas like personalization, recommendation engines, data products, or information services.Demonstrated experience developing product strategy, setting operational plans, and driving alignment to achieve cohesive outcomes for large, complex product areas.Proven ability to deeply understand diverse B2C user journeys and B2B user workflows and translate those customer needs into impactful product solutions.Proven ability to translate customer needs and technical possibilities—informed by a strong understanding of Generative AI concepts and their potential applications—into actionable product strategy and requirements.Deep understanding of personalization and recommendation technologies (e.g., collaborative filtering, content-based filtering, machine learning models) is a strong plus.Our BenefitsComprehensive Healthcare Plans for you and your family (paid by Dow Jones)Extra paid Time Off (30 days of holidays/year)Possibility to work remotely for 3 months/year (desplazamiento program) or one week of remote work per quarterMeal benefit with Pluxee (171€/month on top of your salary)Retirement Plans (Dow Jones will pay 2% of a members Pensionable Salary and match employee contribution up to a maximum of 3 %).Comprehensive Insurance PlansWell-being Resources (200 USD allowance per quarter, Classpass, etc.)Family Care Benefits & Caregiving SupportSubscription DiscountsEmployee Referral Program
