Responsibilities Technical Leadership: Provide strategic technical direction and mentorship to multiple development teams, guiding them in the adoption of best practices, architectural patterns, and cutting‑edge technologies. Architectural Design: Design, develop, and maintain scalable and resilient system architectures, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry standards. Code Quality and Standards: Champion code quality and maintainability, driving the adoption of coding standards, automated testing, and code review practices. Required Skills Deep Technical Expertise: Proven expertise in multiple programming languages, frameworks, and technologies relevant to the organization’s needs. System Architecture: Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, cloud‑native architectures, and infrastructure as code. Problem‑Solving: Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues, leveraging analytical skills and domain knowledge. Design Patterns and Best Practices: Solid grasp of design patterns, software development methodologies, and best practices. Performance Optimization: Experience in profiling, benchmarking, and optimizing application performance. Security: Understanding of security principles and best practices, including threat modeling, vulnerability assessment, and secure coding techniques. Preferred Skills Educational Background: Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Industry Experience: Significant experience in software development and architecture. Passion for Technology: Strong passion for technology (Java/Kotlin, Spring Ecosystem, AWS, Gitlab, Microservices, Kafka, Vue.js) and a drive to stay up‑to‑date with the latest trends. Problem‑Solving Mindset: A proactive and solution‑oriented approach to problem‑solving. Strong Work Ethic: Dedication to delivering high‑quality work and meeting deadlines.
