In this role, you will be responsible for root cause analysis and end-to-end problem lifecycle management, ensuring the identification and elimination of recurring issues to improve service stability. /ppbKey Responsibilities: /b /pulliLead root cause analysis (RCA) activities for recurring and high-impact incidents /liliCoordinate problem investigations across cross-functional teams /liliManage the problem lifecycle, from identification to resolution and closure /liliAnalyze recurring issues and identify patterns across services /liliMaintain and prioritize the problem backlog /liliDefine and track preventive and corrective actions /liliEnsure proper documentation and knowledge sharing /liliDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service reliability /li /ulpbRequired Skills Qualifications: /b /pulliProven experience in problem management within enterprise support environments /liliStrong knowledge of RCA methodologies such as 5 Whys, Ishikawa, or fault-tree analysis /liliStrong analytical and critical thinking skills /liliAbility to identify trends and convert them into actionable improvements /liliExperience managing the full problem lifecycle /liliExcellent coordination and communication skills /li /ulpbPreferred Qualifications: /b /pulliITIL knowledge or certification (Problem Management) /liliExperience in complex, distributed systems environments /liliStrong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset /li /ulpbr/ppIf you are passionate about solving the root causes of issues and driving continuous service improvement, we would love to hear from you. /p
