In this role you will optimize and control plant production processes to boost efficiency and product capability. You’ll bridge production with technical teams, lead process improvements, and support new product launches on the plant floor. Requisitos principalesBachelor’s degree in Chemical EngineeringMinimum 5 years of process engineering experience in relevant industriesHands-on plant-level process control and optimization experienceExperience taking projects from development to plant-floor operationTechnical knowledge of production, quality, QA, and process control in manufacturingExperience with JD Edwards or similar ERP systemMicrosoft Office proficiencyIntermediate to advanced English with strong communication and collaboration skillsstrong communicationcollaboration with cross-functional teamsproblem-solving mindsetJD Edwards ERPprocess control and variable managementquality assurance in manufacturing
