As Process Manager Demand, you will function as a bridge between BU, ISC CoE, and Demand Hub to coach and deploy demand planning and IBP processes. You guide regional leaders, enable statistical forecasting, and drive standardization with OMP and DART tools. You’ll monitor process adherence, run training, and support continuous improvements across DP and S&OE. This role offers hands-on impact in global planning, data quality, and impactful cross-functional collaboration.Compensaciones / Beneficios• Guide BU demand teams to embed OMP and statistical forecasting in demand planning• Coordinate BI dashboards, pyramids, and reports for DP insights• Support IBP maturity assessments and deployment of S&OE• Provide DART onboarding, training, and CI improvement actions• Lead APT design, testing, deployment, and release activities• Coordinate BU training and onboarding for demand planning processes• Support global process design and alignment per BPM guidelines• Facilitate cross-region knowledge sharing and best practices• Manage deployments of non-SAP feeders to DART v5• Maintain IBP KMS and oversee data quality checks in IBPResponsabilidades• 8+ years in Supply Chain / Demand Planning / Supply Planning• Expert understanding of IBP and end-to-end planning processes• Masters or Bachelor in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or similar• APICS xcskxlj certification beneficial (target within 2 years)• Strong experience with performance measurement, error metrics, root-cause analysis• Hands-on experience with Advanced Planning System (APS)• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)• Fluent in English; good communication and networking skillsRequisitos principales• hybrid teleworking• dining room benefits• flexible remuneration• access to training platform• free parking• metro nearby
