We are looking for a Procurement Specialist who will establish and optimize procurement processes, ensuring maximum efficiency, transparency, and cost savings. This role is not only about organizing procurement activities but also about acting as a strategic partner for business teams worldwide — accelerating operations, securing the best terms, and minimizing risks. Procurement & Negotiations Organize end-to-end procurement processes: from request to supplier selection. Lead negotiations and tenders with suppliers to achieve the best prices, discounts, and conditions. Re-negotiate contracts to improve commercial terms. Ensure transparency and compliance in all procurement activities. Contracts & Performance Control Oversee procurement contracts, ensure their validity, and track key deadlines. Monitor supplier performance, SLA, and KPI compliance. Update and align contract terms with business needs and regulatory changes. Prevent risks of penalties, disputes, or delivery delays through proactive controls. Process Analysis & Optimization Consolidate purchasing needs across departments to leverage economies of scale. Identify and propose new cost‑saving initiatives and solutions. Accumulate procurement processes to reduce manual workload and increase transparency. Prepare reports on procurement efficiency, savings achieved, and process improvements. 5+ years of procurement experience (international environment preferred). Strong negotiation and dispute resolution skills. Knowledge of contract law and procurement best practices. Process‑building mindset with a focus on transparency and efficiency.
