At MT Group, a leading multinational in the motorcycle industry, we are looking for a hands‑on, resilient, and technically minded Product Coordinator to strengthen our Brand & Product Department and become a key operational pillar of our collection development.
Working directly under the Product Manager and alongside the Product Designer, you will act as the operational bridge between the design concept and the final deliverable product. You will ensure quality, feasibility, and accuracy while managing data, samples, and timelines that bring our products to market.

Main Responsibilities
Technical Product Development
Support and execute the product development process, ensuring strict adherence to design intent from initial prototypes to mass production.
Update and maintain technical packages (tech packs), assess supplier comments, and prepare and support fitting sessions.
Manage and update Bills of Materials (BOM) and support size chart validation.
Contribute to overall product and textile R&D by researching and working on development solutions, from fabric engineering to construction methods.
Maintain daily communication with international suppliers to clarify technical questions and support prototype validation.
Coordinate and follow up the full sample development process while updating and monitoring the development calendar: from Lab Dips to Development, Marketing, Sales Samples, and production, ensuring quality standards at each stage.
Coordinate packaging development and regulatory requirements, including hangtags, care labels, EAN codes, and compliance checks.

Support the planning, monitoring, and execution of design and product development projects.
Track and manage the Critical Path (go-to-market timeline) to support on‑time delivery for global launches.
Support product benchmarking activities by collecting, organizing, and analyzing competitor products, materials, constructions, pricing, and features to feed product development decisions.
Assist in competitive analysis and market research, including product teardowns, seasonal reviews, and comparative analysis with internal collections.
Update and maintain the PIM (Product Information Management) system, ensuring product data accuracy and consistency across all channels.
Support global quality control processes, from tech pack accuracy to production conformity up to PPS validation.

Sales Meetings: Support the organization and preparation of the showroom and collections for international sales meetings.
Photoshoots: Coordinate and follow up sample logistics for brand campaigns and e-commerce shoots, including receiving, organizing, and providing on‑set styling support when required.
Catalog & Content: Assist the Product Manager in the preparation and validation of product‑related materials (catalogs, line sheets, product descriptions), ensuring technical accuracy and consistency.
Trade Shows & Travel: Be available to travel internationally to visit factories (development and quality control) and to support global trade shows and key brand events.

Requirements and Skills
Education & Experience
Degree in Textile Engineering, Design, Fashion, Product Development, or a related field.
Junior to mid‑level profile accepted. We value potential, curiosity, and a strong technical mindset over years of experience.
Technical Skills
Adobe Illustrator: Advanced level. Must be fast and precise with technical drawings and layouts.
Microsoft Excel: Intermediate level. Comfortable with formulas, pivot tables, and managing large datasets.
Industry Knowledge: Basic to strong understanding of garment construction, fabrics, finishing, and printing techniques.
Soft Skills
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
Proactive and autonomous, able to take initiative and solve problems with limited supervision.
Clear, structured, and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic, fast‑changing environment.
Languages
English: C1 / Fluent (essential for daily supplier communication and international travel).
Spanish: Native.

The Following Will Be Particularly Valued
Previous experience visiting factories (Asia and/or Europe) or exposure to import and production flows.
Interest in or knowledge of the motorcycle industry (being a rider is a plus, but not mandatory).
Experience working with PIM and/or SAP systems.
Additional graphic design skills (Photoshop, InDesign, or AI tools) to support product and marketing visuals.
