ph3About the opportunity /h3 pWe are seeking a Product Manager for AI Products to join the “Intelligent Operations Platforms” (IOP) segment. In this role, you will drive the development of AI solutions - spanning both Machine Learning and Generative AI - that empower our teams and help N26 lead the financial industry through technology. /p pOur AI Products team acts as a central hub of innovation. We don't just build features; we build and manage AI capabilities that allow every other part of the bank - from Financial Crime and Risk to Growth and Marketing - to become smarter. You will work at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and real-world banking, turning sophisticated models into scalable products that improve efficiency, compliance and the customer experience. /p h3In this role, you will: /h3 ul liWork hand-in-hand with Senior Product Leadership. You will work closely with different PMs to align your roadmap with the broader company-wide AI strategy, while maintaining autonomy over your specific work-streams. /li liDrive business impact. Focus on high-impact areas such as augmenting our Operations, enhancing fraud detection (FinCrime), and personalising marketing efforts. /li liOwn the execution of key AI initiatives. You will lead the end-to-end lifecycle for specific Machine Learning and GenAI projects, moving from initial concept to full-scale production. /li liPartner with Data Science Experts. Act as the bridge between technical experts (Data Scientists, ML Engineers) and business or Product stakeholders to ensure our models solve real user problems. /li liBalance delivery. Manage the day-to-day delivery of AI products, ensuring a healthy balance between launching innovative new features and maintaining the high security and reliability standards expected of a bank. /li liEmpower other teams. Support creation and sharing of "blueprints" and toolkits that allow other product teams across N26 to integrate AI into their own features autonomously and safely. /li /ul h3What you need to be successful: /h3 h3Background: /h3 ul li2+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a technology-driven environment, with a clear track record of shipping products powered by AI or Machine Learning. /li /ul h3Skills: /h3 ul liTechnical literacy. A strong grasp of AI fundamentals, including an understanding of when to use Large Language Models (LLMs) versus traditional ML methodologies (like classification or regression models). /li liData-driven mindset. Comfort working with complex datasets and the ability to define and track the right KPIs to measure model performance and business value. /li liEffective collaboration. Experience working within an Agile environment and a proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders across different departments. /li liCommunication. The ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable updates for non-technical partners, bridging the gap between Data Science and Product or Business teams. /li liRegulation awareness. Experience in the financial services industry is a strong plus, as it helps in understanding the importance of compliance and security. /li /ul h3Traits: /h3 ul liInnovation.
