Job Title: Product Manager (Content Platform) Location: Spain (Remote) Work Mode: Remote Language Requirement: Fluent English (mandatory) Job Responsibilities Design and plan new content feature modules for a global content platform homepage and browser entry points, ensuring strong user experience and continuous content innovation. Collaborate closely with international engineering and product teams to drive feature development, testing, and rollout. Propose and validate creative product ideas based on user preferences across different regions, ensuring localization and market fit. Track post-launch performance, analyze user and business data, and continuously optimize features through iterative improvements. Support international business operations, including external partner communication, cross-team coordination, and project management. Stay up to date with global content and product trends, delivering innovative product and content solutions on an ongoing basis. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above, with 3+ years of experience as an Internet Product Manager (early to mid-level). Strong understanding of content-driven products, with good “online sense” and user experience design capability. Fluent in English; able to communicate independently with international teams and work effectively in cross-cultural environments. Solid data analysis skills; capable of defining KPIs and proposing optimization plans based on performance metrics. Good understanding of user behavior, content consumption patterns, and market trends. Experience in cross-border or international collaboration is a plus. Preferred / Advantageous Background Experience as a Product Manager in content-focused internet products, including platforms involving text, short-form, or long-form video content. Exposure to global or overseas-facing products and content ecosystems is highly preferred.
