Product Development & Management
• Lead the development of new postharvest products from concept to market launch.
• Analyze the technical and commercial performance of current products and propose continuous improvements.
• Coordinate field and laboratory trials, validations, and testing with key customers, distributors, and research institutions.
Technical & Commercial Support
• Prepare technical and commercial materials.
Training & Technical Communication
• Develop and deliver webinars, internal and external training sessions.
• Create and present technical content for events, seminars and commercial meetings.
• Generate technical materials for marketing, including articles, videos, presentations and case studies.
Manage collaborations for trials, joint projects, or scientific validation of technologies.
• Work closely with R&D, production, quality, and marketing to ensure proper execution of product-related projects.
• Act as the “voice of the customer” internally, ensuring product development aligns with market needs.

Postgraduate studies in postharvest, product innovation or business are a plus.
~Experience in customer interactions, trial management and project coordination.
~ Fluent in English & Spanish. A key role in the development of innovative solutions in a rapidly growing sector.
