Mission Of The Role: We are looking for a strategic yet highly hands-on professional who combines marketing vision with strong commercial and relational skills. The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for implementing and adapting the Group’s marketing and commercial development strategy at the school level, in close coordination with the central Marketing Department. This role is key to strengthening student recruitment, building local partnerships and increasing the visibility of the SEK brand within its area of influence. Key Responsibilities: Marketing & Communication Implement and locally adapt the Group marketing plan. Coordinate local execution of events, fairs and Open Days. Ensure brand consistency in all local communications in line with SEK guidelines. Monitor and analyse marketing and sales KPIs, proposing improvement actions. Create and manage multi-channel content, including social media (with support from the Communication Department). Conduct ongoing local competitor analysis. Business Development & B2B Relations Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with local companies, institutions and organisations. Work closely with the Admissions team to identify commercial opportunities. Represent the school at local events, educational forums and business networking meetings. Identify and develop collaboration opportunities with key stakeholders. Coordination & Management Act as liaison between the school and the Group’s central Marketing Department. Coordinate local suppliers and support the production of promotional materials. Requirements: Academic Background Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication or related field. Professional Experience Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or business development. Experience managing commercial or institutional (B2B) relationships. Strong knowledge of traditional and digital marketing channels. Analytical mindset with results orientation (KPIs, reporting, ROI). Strong communication, negotiation and institutional representation skills. Experience in multicultural or international environments is a plus. Languages English level: minimum B2 (C1 preferred). IT Skills Microsoft Office Salesforce CRM (Marketing Cloud is a plus) Competencies Proactive and results-driven mindset. Strong business orientation. Ability to combine strategy with operational execution. Excellent networking and relationship-building skills. Comfortable representing a prestigious international institution.
