Salary: €25,000 – €30,000 gross per year
Contract: Permanent
Working hours: 9:00–18:00 (occasional Saturdays for events)

An established international school located in Northern Spain is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to lead local marketing execution and business development initiatives.
This is a strategic and operational role for a dynamic professional who enjoys being both hands-on and commercially driven, with the ability to build strong relationships within the local community.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute and locally adapt the annual marketing plan.
Coordinate events, fairs and Open Days.
Ensure brand consistency across all communications.
Analyse KPIs and optimise marketing performance.
Generate and manage multi-channel content, including social media.
Monitor local competitors and market trends.
Develop and maintain partnerships with local companies and institutions.
Collaborate with the Admissions team to identify growth opportunities.
Represent the school at networking and business events.
Identify new collaboration opportunities within the community.
Liaise with central marketing teams.
Coordinate local suppliers and promotional material production.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication or similar.
Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or business development.
Experience managing B2B relationships.
Strong knowledge of digital and traditional marketing channels.
Analytical and results-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
English level minimum B2 (C1 valued). xiphteb
Experience in international or multicultural environments is a plus.
