Your Mission & Impact As a Senior Product Owner , you will play a key role in defining, prioritizing, and delivering high-impact digital products within banking and insurance environments. You will act as the bridge between business and IT, ensuring that product vision, stakeholder expectations, and technical execution are perfectly aligned. Your work will directly influence strategic products used by leading financial institutions, driving value across the entire product lifecycle. ✅ What We’re Looking For +5 years of experience as a Product Owner Strong experience working with stakeholders , facilitating workshops, and driving alignment across multidisciplinary teams. Solid background in banking and/or insurance sectors . Proven experience working in Agile / Scrum environments (backlog management, sprint planning, reviews). Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, SharePoint . Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and project governance. Data-oriented mindset with experience in dashboards and analytics tools: Power BI, Tableau, MicroStrategy, Google Analytics SQL, BigQuery, Data Lake environments Ability to collaborate closely with IT and technical teams (APIs, data platforms, architecture discussions). Spanish: Native English: Advanced / Professional working proficiency Strong communication skills, ownership mentality, and facilitation mindset.
