At Innogroup Tech , a fast-growing international team working across Fintech, Insurtech, and Legaltech projects, we are looking for a Product Owner to bridge the gap between business and development teams , supporting both our existing and upcoming tools.
Key Responsibilities
Define What to Build
Translate business requirements into actionable development tasks.
Determine technical requirements, development cycles, and scope.
Product Management
Manage and refine the Product Backlog in close collaboration with the development team.
Define User Stories and technical acceptance criteria.
Team Communication
Act as a liaison between business and the development team.
Ensure a shared understanding of requirements across all parties to eliminate ambiguity.
AI Skills
Experience using AI tools to enhance product managment efficiency
Document generation, data analysis and task automation
Requirements
Hard Skills
Advanced prioritization techniques (MoSCoW, WSJF, Cost of Delay).
Grasping of web and mobile app development, APIs, and data flows at a conceptual level
Expertise in Agile and Scrum environments
Advanced English level (required)
Experience
Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in similar positions
Technical background in web application development and integrations is a plus.
Possible previous positions: Product manager, Business analyst.
