So we have the best of both worlds, we operate as a startup and we are backed by a big company! /p h3ABOUT THE ROLE /h3 pbWe are looking for passion, creativity, and commitment /b /p pIf you are seeking for a bmission-critical role /b where you get to combine your product management and software development expertise with business challenges, being a key member of our Barcelona Office, bStrands is waiting for you! /b /p pbYou will be doing things like... /b /p ul liCreate and execute the vision for the product bringing together multi-disciplinary talented teams to deliver commercially viable and compelling products /li liOverseeing team projects removing blockers, ensuring project scope, and setting accurate timelines and deadlines /li liEnsures user stories, product ideas and improvements are ready for development to start work on it by providing strategic and hands-on leadership to a strong multidisciplinary team /li liDefine Acceptance Criteria to validate product developments in order to define the optimal testing strategy to be executed by our Quality Assurance team /li liDocument product features and work closely with Marketing team to create sales collateral /li liDrive the release management process from the initial planning to the training of our Sales team /li liSet and review KPIs for the future improvements of our strategic development process /li liCreate or review product ideas to evaluate their inclusion in the product backlog /li liParticipate to pre-sales activities, presentation of the solutions/products to prospect clients /li liEngage with customers (either directly or through the delivery team) in order to gain first-hand knowledge of market feedback to develop valuable insights /li liAnticipate future product evolutions by keeping track of industry trends /li liLead market research processes to understand the requirements and user pains before building new features /li /ul pbYou will be using your... /b /p ul li5+ years of work experience. At least 1 year of experience in Product Management having a leading role /li liExperience from fast-paced work environments such as fintech and/or startup /li liBSc. or MSc. in Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other related fields /li liBalance of technical knowledge and business acumen /li liProven track record of delivering data driven solutions with a customer-first mindset /li liEstablished background in launching software or services in partnership with engineering teams. High degree of proficiency in prototyping, iterative development, understanding of Agile principles /li liProactive, self-starter with excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Ability to prioritize effectively and get things done /li liExcellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment /li liAbility to quickly create trust with both internal and external clients /li liHigh degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability.
