The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing product roadmaps, stakeholder relationships, and delivering high-impact digital solutions in banking environments.This is a hybrid position based in Madrid.✍️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️At least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner managing digital products in complex environments.Proven experience within the banking sector.Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Payments, Cards, Payment Methods, or related payment processing solutions.Experience managing product backlogs and roadmaps using Agile/Scrum methodologies.Advanced knowledge of tools such as Jira and Confluence.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Experience working with cross-functional teams, including business, technology, and operations.Ability to translate business requirements into actionable product features.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Fluency in Spanish and a good level of English.
