We are looking for aSenior Project Managerto support astrategic European analytics initiative, theNext Gen Analytics (NGA) Program, acting as an end-to-end Project Manager for the next phase of analytics and platform-related projects.This role will operate within anestablished Portfolio & Project Management (PPM) framework, with defined standards, governance, tooling, and ways of working. You will play a key role as aconnector between BTS, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and country teams, ensuring disciplined execution and effective communication at the program and portfolio level.Project & Program Management
Take full Project Manager ownership for assigned initiatives within the NGA analytics program, covering planning, execution, testing, release, and closure.
Build, maintain, and actively steer project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables using the existing PPM standards and tools.
Drive project governance, including status reporting, RAID management, and preparation of steering committee and leadership updates.
Proactively manage escalations, ensuring early risk identification, clear decision proposals, and structured communication to senior stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to NGA governance, change management, and formal sign-off processes.
Maintain accurate and high-quality project and portfolio tracking inSmartsheet, aligned with existing templates and governance standards.
Provide consolidated, program-level visibility across projects, countries, and workstreams to support leadership decision-making.
Operate effectively within adata, analytics, and digital platform environment, understanding dependencies between business requirements, data engineering, analytics, testing, and releases.
Coordinate closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Engineers, Designers, and Business stakeholders.
Proven experience as aSenior Project Manager or Program Managerin complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
Strong background inPortfolio & Project Management (PPM) , including governance, steering, escalation management, and reporting.
Smartsheet, Jira, or equivalent) to manage projects, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
Experience working indata, analytics, or digital platform programs.
Hands-on experience usingSmartsheetfor project and portfolio management (strongly preferred).
ExcellentEnglish communication skills, both written and spoken.
Strong presentation, synthesis, and stakeholder management skills.
Exposure toNGA-style analytics environments (Next Generation Analytics) or Winning With Data initiatives.
Familiarity withAgile rolessuch as Product Owner or Scrum Master.Continuous learning:individual training budget, certifications, access to Udemy, language classes, and internal learning programs.
